At Europa Nostra UK, we value the privacy and data protection of all of our members, supporters and followers. This policy aligns with the guidance set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK, tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018.
How will Europa Nostra UK collect your data?
We will collect your data through the following methods:
- Our website (europanostra.org.uk)
- Our social media channels (@europanostrauk)
- At our events via paper or digital forms (Typically, we use Eventbrite to process event registrations)
- Through Mailchimp, our mailing system
Where will your data be kept and for how long?
Your data will only be for the use of Europa Nostra UK, and associated organisations, the SPAB and Europa Nostra. We will not share your data with other organisations, except where it pertains to legitimate relation to your interests and the interests of Europa Nostra. All data is stored in the applications mentioned above. Your data will be kept so long as it is relevant to the activities of Europa Nostra UK. No payment information is stored, unless agreed for Direct Debit reasons.
